Euroelectrix has been involved in the construction
and installation of several marine projects throughout the UK. Our company
has worked along side the most confident and one of the largest ship building
companies Harland & Wolff.
Harland and Wolff was formed in 1861 by Edward James Harland and Hamburg-born
Gustav Wilhelm Wolff. Harland had bought the small shipyard on Queen's
Island, in which he was employed as general manager, from Robert Hickson
in 1858. The shipyard has built many types of ships continuously since
then, the most famous being the RMS Titanic. Their main business today
is ship repair and conversion work, ship design and bridge building. Harland
and Wolff also owns the world's largest dry dock, which is in Belfast.
We have assisted in large projects like FPSO`S and various oil rigs
throughout the past 15 years and have a specialised team of technicians
available to manage and implement complete wiring systems and commissioning
for any vessel.
We also supply a service which enables 24hour working to all contractors
with a maintenance facility to maintain all of their plant and machinery
on a regular basis which not only saves money but downtime, this is a key
to our driving success, working together with local companies.
Our aim is to complete each project within budget and on time with the
minimum of complications and stress for either the main contractor or the
client. Supplying all technical and safety ability required we offer a
package which is sought after from all main contractors and clients.
